Registrant Information - Employees of Member Companies

Each employee of a member company must register separately.

  • The meeting registration fee for employees of member companies (member representative) is $395 per person.
  • Each member company representative must complete a separate registration form.
  • Please provide the preferred name you want printed on your meeting attendee badge. (Note: your preferred name is not necessarily the same name shown on your credit card).

    • Guests (Non-Employee) / Spouses: $200
    • Children 11 Years and Up: $200
    • Children 3 – 10 Years: $100
    • Children Under 3 Years: Free

  • 11:30 AM Bus departs from the The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort
  • 12:00 PM Lunch
  • 1:00 PM Shotgun start
  • Golf is $150.00 per player (the price includes transportation to and from the course, lunch and golf)
  • Club rental is an additional $75.00 (including tax)
  • The deadline to register for the Annual Golf Tournament is Saturday, March 3, 2023.
