Registrant Information - Employees of Member Companies

Each employee of a member company must register separately.

The meeting registration fee for employees of member companies (member representative) is $425 per person.
Each member company representative must complete a separate registration form.
Please provide the preferred name you want printed on your meeting attendee badge. (Note: your preferred name is not necessarily the same name shown on your credit card).

Guest Information - Non-Employees of Member Companies

Guests are persons who accompany employees of member companies (i.e., spouse, significant other, child)

All guests attending or participating in any of the event functions are required by the Association policies to be registered.
Attendee badges are required at all event functions.
Guest Registration Fees Follow:
- Guests (Non-Employee) / Spouses: $200
- Children 11 Years and Up: $200
- Children 3 – 10 Years: $100
- Children Under 3 Years: Free

For accurate seating and F&B planning reasons, please register any guests no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.

The schedule for tournament and players follows:
11:30 AM Lunch
12:30 PM Shotgun start
Golf is $150.00 per player (the price includes lunch and golf, cart and range balls)
Club rental is an additional $49.00 (including tax)
The deadline to register for the Annual Golf Tournament is Friday, February 7, 2025.
