Task Force Tips is an innovative and established manufacturer of firefighting equipment for municipal, military, and industrial clients around the globe. TFT is a market leader in both North America and several key international regions, but is looking to further expand internationally. Independent distributors/dealers sell TFT equipment with sales, service and training support that comes from TFT International Territory Sales Managers (TSM) that live and work in their region. TFT is searching for an experienced Territory Manager for Latin America. Task Force Tips is part of Madison Industries, one of the largest and most successful privately held companies in the world. POSITION OBJECTIVE

The LATAM Territory Sales Manager oversees the daily sales and development of distribution partners (dealers/distributors) located in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America. The TSM helps to educate both dealer and OEM employees and end users, develops effective sales strategies, and ensures that sales goals for an assigned territory are met. In addition, the TSM supports the efforts of Channel Managers and Product Specialists as part of a team that grows sales, markets and new product development.

CHANNEL MANAGER-INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL

TFT is searching for an experienced Channel Manager for the Industrial/Commercial segment to join the current OEM, Federal/Military, and Municipal Channel Managers. Task Force Tips is part of Madison Industries, one of the largest and most successful privately held companies in the world. POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Channel Manager (CM) is the business unit expert within their market segment. The CM works in conjunction with, but does not manage, a team of product specialists as well as other functional support areas that includes sales, marketing, manufacturing and customer support. The CM is responsible for strong market presence, sales growth, and product business strategy within their channel. The Channel Manager breaks down department silos by working on team projects with cross accountability to the Company and to members of the teams. The Industrial/Commercial Channel encompasses commercial entities that include, but are not limited to petrochemical, heavy manufacturing, mining, and users of water flow equipment in non-municipal fire department settings. The Channel Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with cross accountability to the VP of Design Engineering.
